Following the second shooting incident at this club in just over a year, I am calling for it to be closed down.  I have written to Wolverhampton Council leader Neville Patten asking that the council's licensing committee consider this issue as soon as possible.

The people of Bilston deserve better than this.  Once again, on Saturday, like many local people I watched the police cordon off part of the High Street.  As well as the shootings at Tropical Harmony, the owner of Gavin's Sports Bar was gunned down a few months ago and a man was physically beaten to death outside a pub.  This has to stop.  Closing this club is the first step but the police, local authority and the whole community will have to work together to combat this violent crime.
